On Monday, November 6th, Eastland High School hosted the Cross Timbers District LDE contest. Twenty schools were in attendance and competed. In order to advance to the Area level competition each team had to place 1st or 2nd in their event. Eastland FFA had 14 teams compete, seven were district champions, four were second place, and three more teams competed but came up a little short of advancing but worked hard. We are proud of all of our students. Our advancing teams will compete at the Area IV FFA contest at Abilene-Wylie on Monday, November 20th.
